Beaux brings three decades of legal, banking and financial services experience, most of it spent inside regulated businesses as the executive accountable for getting conduct, compliance and risk right.

At Westpac he led conduct, compliance and risk across mortgages and third party distribution, steering the business through the Royal Commission and APRA's Prudential Inquiry. As Deputy Group Sanctions Officer, his accountabilities extended across all of the Group's businesses and divisions, and he also served as a Director, Compliance, with Westpac Institutional Bank in Asia. As Chief Risk Officer and General Counsel at Orbyt Group, he led its APRA Restricted ADI application.

That experience shapes how he works with clients today, with practical, commercially grounded advice from someone who has sat on the other side of the table with Regulators, Boards and Executive teams. He also sits as an independent member of a fintech Advisory Board.
